Section 06. Welcoming Back Returning Catholics
One of the hurts we feel is the loss from our Catholic community of those who have been part of our assembly but, for a wide variety of reasons, are now inactive. Within this group of people are many who are longing to return to the practice of their faith and they would welcome a simple and friendly invitation to do so. However, also within this group are some who have had real personal difficulties with the Church, with people in the Church and with Catholic doctrine and practice. These latter may have real hurts of their own which need addressing and healing.
